Relationship Counselling for Women Across the UK

I offer one-to-one counselling for women across the UK, supporting those facing challenges in any area of their relationships, whether with a partner, family, friends, or in the workplace. My compassionate, client-centred approach is designed to help you navigate and address the underlying issues that may be impacting your overall well-being. Together, we will explore the emotional blocks or triggers that contribute to stress, anxiety, or difficulty connecting with others, empowering you to feel more in control of how you engage in your relationships.

Navigating relationships hasnt always been easy for me, and I understand the pain of feeling disconnected, emotionally distant, or unable to communicate your needs. In our work together, well explore how your emotions, past experiences, and internal beliefs are shaping your relationships today. Whether youre feeling misunderstood, dealing with stress or anxiety, or finding it hard to connect with others, we will uncover the root causes of these challenges. Through this process, youll gain clarity about the emotional patterns affecting your relationships and start making positive changes to create healthier, more fulfilling connections.

Its normal to feel disconnected or overwhelmed, especially when stress, unresolved issues, or emotional triggers get in the way. If you often find yourself questioning whether youre "enough," fearing rejection, or struggling to express your needs, it can lead to tension, misunderstandings, and a sense of isolation. Relationship anxiety, in particular, can cause self-doubt and a persistent feeling that something is wrong, even when things seem fine on the surface. This anxiety can make it hard to relax, causing emotional distance and hindering connection.

Qualifications

CPCAB L4 Diploma in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy

CPCAB L3 counselling studies

CPCAB L2 counselling skills

L3 Mental health and social care

Mental Health First Aid and Mental Health Advocacy in the Workplace

Additional Information

Therapy may be short or long term and I usually suggest a commitment of a minimum of 6 sessions in order to give the counselling process the opportunity to develop. The length of the counselling then becomes open-ended if you do decide to continue. Sessions usually include exploring what you are hoping to achieve by the time you finish our sessions, and exploring a plan we can work towards for you to achieve your desired outcome.
