About me and my practice
As an integrative counsellor, I combine various therapeutic modalities including person-centred, psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and existential approaches to provide a comprehensive and tailored support system for individuals seeking guidance. Specialising in trauma, ADHD, and self-esteem, my practice aims to offer a safe and inclusive space for clients to explore their experiences and embark on a journey of self-discovery and healing.
In our 50-minute sessions, we will work collaboratively to delve deep into your emotions, thoughts, and experiences. By drawing from a range of therapeutic techniques and approaches, I strive to create a customized treatment plan that aligns with your unique needs and goals. Whether you're grappling with past traumas, navigating the complexities of ADHD or autism, or seeking to enhance your self-esteem, our sessions will be centered around empowering you to navigate these challenges and foster personal growth.
My focus is on helping you rediscover your autonomy and cultivate self-compassion, laying the foundation for a more authentic and fulfilling life. Together, we will explore the roots of your struggles, identify patterns, and develop coping strategies to navigate life's ups and downs with resilience and self-awareness. Through our work together, you will have the opportunity to gain insights into your inner world, build emotional resilience, and foster a deeper sense of self-acceptance.
I understand the weight of facing life's challenges alone and the courage it takes to seek support. If you are ready to embark on a journey of self-exploration, reconnect with your true self, and develop the self-compassion you deserve, I am here to walk alongside you. Together, we can create a plan that honours your unique journey and empowers you to make positive changes in your life.

Experience
I want to share a bit about who I am and how I approach counselling. My journey as a counsellor has been shaped by a deep commitment to understanding and supporting individuals like you on their path to healing and growth.
Through my studies at the University of East London, I've gained valuable knowledge and skills in counselling. But what truly sets me apart is my genuine empathy and cultural sensitivity, born from my own experiences and a belief in the power of connection.
In my time working in various counseling settings, from the NHS to university services, I've had the privilege of supporting clients facing a range of challenges. Each encounter has enriched my perspective and deepened my ability to adapt and empathise with those I serve.
I see therapy as a collaborative journey, where your well-being and autonomy are always at the forefront. By grounding my decisions in ethical principles and seeking guidance in supervision, I ensure that our work together is not only effective but also ethically sound.
What you can expect from our sessions is a client-centered approach that centers around your unique needs and goals. Regular check-ins and goal reviews will guide our progress, ensuring that our therapy remains responsive and tailored to your evolving journey.
My aim is to create a safe and empowering space where you can explore, grow, and navigate life's challenges with support and understanding. I'm here to walk alongside you, offering guidance and compassion as you embark on your path to healing and self-discovery.
Together, we can work towards a brighter, more fulfilling future. I look forward to the opportunity to support you on this transformative journey.
